Call-out fee = $100 charged once per visit
Charged once and added to the first hour of each visit, This fee covers us for parking; time spent assessing the job, insurance, licensing and Administration Costs.
Hourly rate = $80 per hour
The Apartment fixer charges $80 per hour
Minimum charge is one hour = $180
This fee consists of our call-out fee ($100) and our hourly rate ($80 per hour)
Any additional hour will cost $80.
Material costs - Any material costs will be charged additionally with a markup of 20% to cover the logistics of sourcing and collecting the materials. We will let you know if any materials are required and the costs involved before commencing.
Additional labour - Some jobs, such as mounting a TV, will require two people; if more than one person is needed, this will be charged additionally. We will always let you know if two people are required before the commencement of work.
